Job Description
- Must possess strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems into smaller
atomic units of work - Work closely with Project Managers to understand the project and business needs
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Developing back-end portals with an optimized database
- Writing effective APIs for integration with other systems
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected
and high-quality solutions - Perform peer code reviews
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python (atleast 4 years of programming experience)
- Knowledge of Python web frameworks like Django(preferred), Flask
- Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and
environments. - Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
