We worked with the Talent Development Unit of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to develop an application to onboard new team members of the UNDP. The teams understood the importance of onboarding, and considered all the factors while developing the “Welcome to UNDP” app.

UNDP’s Talent Development Unit has set up various induction mechanisms worldwide to orient new team members on similar mindsets and visions. The app is currently used by a workforce of 17000+ of an average age of 42 years; with 4000 new team members getting hired every year.

Wishtree built an app supported in three languages, viz. English, Spanish and French. Dedicated to impart a seamless and in-depth onboarding experience to the new candidates, we ensured that the app gave a holistic understanding of UNDP’s organizational practices. We have made it into an easily accessible platform that provides comprehensive information related to UNDP policies, services and programs.
